CU0801A is a 32-bit high-performance low-power general-purpose microcontroller based on RISC-V architecture. The RISC-V processor is suitable for low-energy, small-area embedded applications, and has multiple high-efficiency micro-architecture features such as simple dynamic branch prediction, instruction prefetch buffer, and local memory.

CU0801A provides up to 256KB of embedded Flash memory for program/data storage, up to 96KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation and application, and has a variety of peripherals, such as 14 bit SAR ADC, I2C, UART, SPI, IWDT, RTC, etc.

CU0801A is designed for various industrial and consumer application scenarios such as smart sensor applications, PLC, power monitoring, alarm systems, handheld devices, data logging applications, motor control, and PC peripherals. The CU0102B chip released by Xirenma is manufactured using a 0.18um CMOS BCD process.
